These greens are a great source of vitamins
In a wok or large pot, steam the greens in (1/2 cup) low sodium veggie stock with some chopped garlic and grate some fresh ginger. I bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the finished product!
