      Hi Merrie! Yes, this article a good reminder that more is not always…more. True health involves the practice of balance, moderation and a foundation of good nutrition. I’m all up for pushing yourself physically, but the body needs periods of rest/recovery and the right nutrients to repair and rebuild.
