This simple, crispy decadence was born out of a desire to create a coconut version of my favorite seriously dark chocolate (90% Lindt), without adding extra sugar. Prep takes just a few minutes- no cooking or baking required!
- 4 squares 90% Lindt chocolate
- 2 TB shredded, unsweetened coconut
- dash cinnamon
- dash of cardamom
- 1 tsp sliced almonds (optional)
Microwave the chocolate for 1 minute, or until melted. Stir in coconut and cinnamon. Spread mixture in a thin layer in parchment-lined container (with lid). Sprinkle almonds over top. Cover and freeze until set. That’s it!
